Keep in mind that your employees have a life outside work. So this means that your company should develop a culture that allows employees to balance their work and life. Start by trimming down the need to render overtime work. Strengthen employer-employee relations through team building activities.

No one would want to occupy a dead-end position. As such, you need to ensure your prospect employees that your company offers opportunities that will allow them to hone their skill set and improve their career in the long run.
